We're looking for an experienced Accountant to join our Finance team. Wage: $28.00–$33.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time

• Lead and support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Perform general ledger accounting, intercompany transactions, debt service accounting, and fixed asset accounting.
• Analyze accounts receivable aging, reserves, and financial trends to support informed decision-making.
• Process ACH transactions, remote deposits, and other treasury-related activities.
• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
• Prepare quarterly financial reports and assist with Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting.
• Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and increase operational efficiency.
• Support special projects and other accounting initiatives as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• Five or more years of progressive general ledger accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and other analytical functions.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Healthcare, nonprofit, or senior living accounting experience is preferred but not required.
