Coordinates employee onboarding, orientation, annual education, and ongoing training programs. Administers the Relias learning management system, manages training assignments and records, monitors completion and compliance, evaluates effectiveness, and supports competency-based learning. Partners with leaders, subject matter experts, employees, vendors, and instructors to develop and deliver educational resources, coordinate logistics, troubleshoot learning platform issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Provides skilled hospice nursing and case management for patients and families. Responsibilities include assessments, individualized care planning, symptom management, medication administration, care coordination, education, documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, supervision of aides and LPNs, regulatory compliance, and participation in on-call rotations. Care is delivered in homes, hospice settings, and community locations.

Processes bi-weekly and special payrolls, reviews timecards, audits payroll records, resolves employee payroll inquiries, maintains payroll data, completes regulatory reporting, supports audits, and assists with financial data entry, reporting, and cost reports. The role collaborates with HR and finance, handles confidential information, and ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.
