Job Description

As a Office Assistant you will be responsible for helping reception with admin and keeping the office running smoothly. 

Reporting to the Office Manager you will be part of the Reception Team, who will assist in taking telephone calls, customer general enquiries and processing customer bookings. Support the Office team with producing reports, daily banking and cash office duties.

What you will do

• Answering all calls to the Stadium
• As front of house team member you will be responsible for welcoming customers to the Stadium and directing them to the relevant area
• Processing customer bookings both via telephone and online
• Production and printing of racecards
• To be available throughout each race meeting to process change requirements
• Check all money coming in to the cash office and report cash differences
• Prepare money for banking and have ready for collection
• To maintain the security of the cash office at all times
• To carry out any other reasonable requests from the Office Manager.

Qualifications

• Do you enjoy working as part of a team?
• Do you have knowledge and understanding of Betting industry.
• Do you have Knowledge of Microsoft programmes and packages including Excel and Word?
