SSDI Integration Operations Lead

Job Description

Agilent’s IT SAP Services & Digital Integration (SSDI) team seeks an experienced integration operations technical lead familiar with the latest integration platforms and web applications technologies. In this pivotal role, you will support integrating new applications with Agilent’s IAM solution or with other on-prem and cloud endpoints, ensuring the development meets app integration standards. You will also support a fully customizable web solution that provides various user management capabilities for business admins at Agilent. In this role, you will collaborate with other technical leads and experts to enhance, configure, and support new features within the Jitterbit & CIAM technical stack. Set up adequate application support processes, contribute to architecture standardization, manage dependencies & modularity between front-end and back-end services, and address stack vulnerabilities. While also providing crucial technical guidance to the support team on existing production issues.

Key Accountabilities:

• Work with product managers and on-site and offshore development leads to set up support operations for applications such as Jitterbit ,Okta, and other internal web applications.

• Help to manage integrate, design, develop, test, and implement Agilent’s current iPaaS and identity management technology expansion using an iterative and agile development methodology.

• Work closely with IT and product teams to configure and integrate on-prem and cloud applications

• Review technical designs, including participating in code review of new features

• When required, prepare project estimation of design (using Agile methodology), prototyping, and release to production development & support

• Work with various technology platform vendors to understand new offerings, as well as mitigate ongoing issues

• Review requirements and design specifications and ensure they meet Agilent security standards and are forward-looking

• Manage Jitterbit & CIAM solution deployments through the development lifecycle, including analysis of solution requirements, solution design, architecture, and supporting business processes, configuring and customizing existing and new solutions, and testing (unit, system integration, performance, and UAT testing).

• You will also own Support of solutions implemented and will be responsible for setting up the DevOps model as well as the approach to continuous development and improvement within your track.

Qualifications

• Experience of technology platforms such as Jitterbit Harmony and Jitterbit Cloud Studio, Private Agents and Private API Gateway, as well various IAM technologies such as Okta Classic and Identify Engine including Okta Workflows, Microsoft Azure AD.

• Proficiency in using various AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and CloudFormation

• AWS development pipeline, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools, along with familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).

• Experience with serverless architecture and deploying applications on AWS

• Understanding of AWS security best practices and knowledge of IAM roles, VPC, and encryption.

• Ability to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development .

• Working knowledge of IDP-SP and SSO concepts

Education / Experience:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT.

• 4+ years of experience of leading full stack development with different iPaaS platforms, ex, Jitterbit, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc. and IAM products as Okta

• Understanding of technologies such as Azure AD, NGINX, IDaaS, SAML, Single Sign-on (SSO), OAuth, OIDC, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) (including in Okta). PKCE knowledge is a plus.

• Having a development certification on company preferred platform and tech tech-stack is a plus

• Strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed.

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills to build/ maintain ongoing business relationships.
