Job DescriptionThis position plays a critical role in developing, manufacturing, and deploying products and services that not only meet but exceed our customer expectations. It focuses on delivering a best-in-class quality experience to our customers by conducting qualification of Solid State Drives (SSDs), implementing quality metrics, and utilizing data-driven methodologies to predict or prevent defects, ensuring products meet quality and reliability performance within product life cycle milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create the infrastructure to execute the qualification of Solid State Drives (SSDs).
- Design, plan, and execute the qualification of SSDs and all their components, following the industry's best-known practices.
- Develop a physical understanding model prediction and enhancing the quality and reliability of advanced semiconductor products.
- Develop cost-effective production monitoring and screening schemes to ensure processes are stable, and products meet committed quality and reliability performance
- The candidate must have a BS or MS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
- 6+ months of experience in Embedded programming (C, C++ or Python)
- Must be able to work onsite at Sacramento location.

- Self-motivator
Preferred: 3+ months of experience in the following areas:
- Probability and statistics
- Statistics Software JMP Minitab or similar
- Computer programming for data acquisition reduction and analysis
- Hands on experimental design execution analysis interpretation and synthesis
- Track record of effectively working with interdisciplinary teams
- Transistor Device Physics and Fabrication Process
- Storage Architecture or Firmware experience on NAND memory products
The compensation range for this role is $84,000 - $123,900. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
Working Conditions: This position is a full-time position, and is not eligible for remote work.
Team members work onsite 3 days per week.
