Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth debugging and root cause analysis of SSD product issues across firmware, hardware, and system levels.
- Collaborate with design, firmware, software, and hardware teams to identify, isolate, and resolve defects.
- Collaborate directly with the SSD Controller vendor at their site. Coordinate debug efforts between the two companies.
- Utilize advanced debugging tools and techniques (e.g., logs, analyzers, profilers) to diagnose failures and performance anomalies.
- Drive issue resolution through detailed investigation and clear documentation of findings.
- Provide feedback to development teams to improve product robustness and prevent recurrence of issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SSD architecture, protocols, and industry trends to enhance debugging strategies.
- Support validation and bring-up activities by analyzing failures rather than developing test frameworks.
- Serve as a technical resource for complex problem-solving and mentor team members on debugging best practices.
- Work closely with the team in the United States.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Strong background in debugging storage devices, with a focus on SSD technologies.
- Proficiency in analyzing logs, traces, and system-level interactions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Python programming experience (for automation and analysis tasks).
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SSD validation and debugging across firmware, hardware, and system layers.
- Familiarity with industry-standard debugging tools and methodologies.
