We have an exciting new opportunity for an Administrator to join our SSAS team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing reliable support and taking ownership of essential day-to-day tasks. While there may be opportunities to broaden skills over time, this role is primarily focused on delivering core responsibilities at an entry level, and we are seeking a candidate who is happy working at this level. High levels of integrity and confidentiality are required as the individual will be dealing with sensitive information and high value transactions on a daily basis.
This is a permanent position based in our Leeds office. The role is fully office-based, with attendance required five days per week.
A snapshot of your day:
- Arrange for incoming post to be scanned onto our internal system and allocated to the correct person
- Monitor our internal post system and e-file where appropriate in accordance with procedures
- Deal with banks and other financial institutions by phone to identify miscellaneous post
- Maintain scheme records on our internal administration system and other systems as required
- Log and process incoming cheques and scan fee cheques to the bank
- Arrange for cheques, banking instructions, investment applications and similar to be signed and issued
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- GCSE Maths/English at Grade C/4 or National 5 Maths/English at Grade C or Equivalent is essential
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry), Microsoft Word and other IT software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
