Job Description:
To lead the development and execution of marketing strategies & business plans to drive the growth of our pharmaceutical products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of TA market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

To develop the annual marketing plan & strategy with KPIs for business & patient’s better outcomes based on comprehensive market & brand analysis

To adapt and develop promotional activities & tactics for enhancing brand awareness & key clinical advantages to build strong brand positioning

To collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute product strategies.

To lead the regular sales & MKT meeting for business analysis & improvement with KPI & performance update

To conduct field visits in order to stay updated on market trends and needs & KOL management

To provide training to the Medical Representatives on a regular basis

To conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.

Planning & Management of Brand budget & expense

Forecasting orders of products
Required Education/Qualifications/Skills/Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.(Bio Science or Pharmacy Preferred)
- More than 7~10 years experience in Marketing in a pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical product lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Customer Focus & KOL management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
