Job Description:
This role is responsible for leading the Trade Execution (TE) strategy for the Modern Channel, including Grocery, Clubs, and Private Label, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The position drives key strategic initiatives across pricing, trade investment, and promotional effectiveness through robust pre- and post-evaluation processes. It plays a critical role in delivering sustainable Net Sales Value (NSV) growth and Margin After Contribution (MAC) targets by optimizing mix strategies and trade ROI. Additionally, the role leads and integrates all Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) activities for the operating plan, partnering cross-functionally with Category Leadership, Sales, and Customer Marketing teams to develop compelling retailer value propositions and impactful customer selling stories.

What will be your key responsibilities?
Leads and integrates all SRM activities for Operating Plan delivery of Pricing, Trade ROI, Trade and Mix commitments.
Key Interface with KAMs to develop Quarterly TE plan by customer.
Key interface with Sales, Marketing & Finance to drive trade investment productivity & net pricing improvement agenda.
Manages & monitors SRM initiative dashboard & KPIs, embedding market level SRM processes & tools for capabilities building and documentation of learning
Partners with Sales Operations & Sales Finance to ensure data is properly leveraged by KAMs to optimize Trade ROI & ensure TE transparency
