Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the identification and assessment of potential risks of major projects in terms of stability;

• Responsible for the planning and construction of fault finding capability, fault location capability and fault emergency capability of the production environment;

• Responsible for technical problems, continuously improve the processing performance of the system under high-concurrency and massive requests in a large-scale distributed system environment, solve various potential technical risks, and ensure the safe, stable and fast operation of the system;

• Responsible for the construction of the basic platform in the field of technology risk

• Emergency handling: in the case of failure in production, able to establish emergency mechanisms, hemostasi, business recovery. In this process, has a higher synergy, influence and organizational capabilities, and can establish a series of emergency mechanisms.

• Other tasks includes

  • Protect and manage the movement of releases through the build, test , and production environmenst.

  • Develop common strategies for release governance across multiple systems and establish consistent release management process.

  • Create common standards and formats for release playbooks and work with production control to standardize release decision-making.

  • Define common mechanisms for rollback and standards for capturing release-related performance indicators.

  • Forecast demand for release resources and identify opportunities for greater efficiency across the enterprise.

Skills, Qualifications & Competencies

• Strong competencies with at least 3 years of design and development of large-scale high concurrent Web application system.

• Solid Java programming foundation, familiarity with distributed applications development and related open source technologies; familiarity with linux and commands and common databases;

• Must come from a technical background with experience of Disaster Recovery, should understand overall site high availablity and stability.

• They must be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment and deliver successful results.

• Strong communication ability, leadership innovation, responsibility, quality; and pursuit of technology

• Solid background in the following languages and technologies:

  • Open source technology stacks which include Linux (Ubuntu/Redhat), MySQL

  • Strong java programming, worked with distributed application development

  • Strong background on open source technology stacks which include Linux (Ubuntu/Red hat), MysQL

  • Solid large-scale ecommerce website, research and development experience, preferably financial systems

  • Excellent large-scale operation and maintenance, and high availability design experience

  • Proficient in storage, disaster recovery and large-scale support experience of financial systems

  • Has experience working on high availability in various storage, networking, hardware, etc
