We’re not just creating software, we’re building trust and stability in the digital age. We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineering Manager to drive reliability of our Financial Intelligence platform and products. You will develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers closely working with the Engineering teams on building, operating, scaling, and securing mission critical platforms and services.   • Collaborate with the application teams to understand their pain points around performance, efficiency, reliability and formulate strategies to address recurring issues in a sustainable way.
  • Bring focused leadership, effective coordination, and streamlined decision-making to drive troubleshooting during critical outages involving multiple large-scale distributed software applications, networks, and cloud infrastructure
  • Advocate for the customer experience by rapidly addressing and mitigating problems within customer environments across the globe
  • Build technical training capabilities to ensure the SRE organization is a destination for people in their career while providing a continuous learning culture.
  • Take the lead in driving a comprehensive and scalable observability strategy that supports rapid problem isolation and effective diagnosis
  • Drive organizational excellence by building scalable process frameworks which drive rapid responses to availability issues
  • Build and lead a high-performing and distributed SRE team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion SRE principles and practices within Engineering Department

  • Experience in being able to effectively lead a team of cross-functional engineers
  • Expert level knowledge in at least one of the following infrastructure components: Systems, Network or Observability
  • Customer-first attitude and focus on providing best-in-class service for customers
  • Experience in Observability platforms, application monitoring tools and performance analysis techniques.
  • Experience managing & growing technical leaders and teams.
  • Experience or interest in building FinTech, payment, or banking systems.
