We are global technology services company with a rapidly expanding footprint in the US. As an AWS Premier Tier services partner with over 700 in-house engineers, we are growing our Cloud unit and looking for a Junior–Mid Site Reliability Engineer to support and maintain customer environments on AWS.
This is a customer-facing, support & maintenance–focused role, working closely with 25–30 customers in parallel.
Working hours:
Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Israel time (or later, depending on customer needs).
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing support and maintenance of customer cloud environments
- Act as main point of contact (POC) for assigned customers
- Handle monitoring, alerts, incidents, and escalations
- Execute planned activities: DR drills, restore drills, upgrades, migrations
- Support EKS clusters: updates, migrations, dependency handling
- Assist during critical launches and production incidents
- Work hands-on with AWS infrastructure using Terraform
- Use Bash and Python for automation, troubleshooting, and tooling
- Identify improvement opportunities and share insights with internal teams
- Maintain and update internal knowledge base and documentation
- Promote a strong customer experience and build long-term trust
Required Experience to Succeed in This Role:
- Strong experience with Node.js development.
- Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n (or similar workflow tools).
- Understanding of AI concepts, LLMs, or AI agents.
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
- Experience with Docker.
- Comfortable working in Linux (Ubuntu) environments.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- English (spoken and written).
