Recruitment Process
1.Initial application (from 15 Jan to 15 March 2025): Submit your application to our Workday link
2.Assessment: Take the SHL assessments covering general ability, personality and a Hackerrank test focusing on basic Excel, scripting and Azure
3.Interview: Participate in two rounds of interview with our business units to assess your suitability and potential
4.Offer: Qualified candidates will receive a formal offer with the salary determined by interview and performance
5.Start dates: Two cohort joining dates which will be in May 2025 and October 2025
What you will be responsible for as an SRE Associate:
The focus of the SRE team is to support and operate our SaaS platform for our clients, always doing this with a focus on improving our deliveries and thinking about how to use our maintenance budget in the wisest and most scalable way. As an SRE Associate your responsibilities would include:
- Participating in day-to-day operations for our clients
- Technical troubleshooting of our repositories and deployment pipelines
- Log forensics and root cause analysis for defunct assets
- Assist in developing enhancements in collaboration with seasoned developers
- Take part in the collective responsibility to build our knowledge foundation through trial, errors and progress
