SRC New Product Introduction / Engineering Manager

Drive end‑to‑end manufacturing engineering leadership—supervise the team, control process costs, implement SPC/Six Sigma, and align operations with finance to deliver reliable, higher‑quality production.

 
Your role:

  • Leads the engineering department, managing costs (including CAPEX), staffing, performance, and operational processes to ensure efficiency and results.

  • Develops midterm manufacturing strategies, reviews resource and training plans, and validates analyses for optimal project capability allocation.

  • Drives efficiency and continuous improvement, analyzing project outcomes, implementing performance-enhancing strategies, and aligning activities with organizational objectives.

  • Supports strategic production decisions, balancing internal manufacturing, external procurement, and outsourcing to optimize cost, quality, and capacity.

  • Implements advanced methodologies, including SPC and Six Sigma, to reduce variation, improve quality, and foster innovation across manufacturing processes.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years with a Bachelor’s OR 3 years with a master’s in manufacturing/Operations, Engineering, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Production, or Cost Engineering.

  • Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.

  • Expertise in EHS, PLM, process improvements, lean manufacturing, business acumen, cost optimization, project and stakeholder management, change management, KPI and budget management, people leadership, technology acumen, and strategic planning.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an onsite role.
