Inside sales is central to Zuora's growth strategy.By strategically nurturing leads in collaboration with marketing and providing the sales team with high-quality opportunities, it directly supports the company's revenue growth.Capturing market insights at the front lines and making data-driven proposals also significantly influences the growth strategy for the Japanese market.


What kind of stimulating or challenging work will you be involved in?

Many Japanese companies have yet to fully embrace the subscription model.Our challenge is to propose new revenue models to top companies across industries and help them take that first step toward transformation.


What will you learn, and what growth opportunities will you gain?

What tools or technologies will you get to work with that are appealing?

We utilize globally leading sales support tools such as Salesforce and Outreach.


This is a hybrid position, so you'll work both remotely and in the office.

Your experience

  • KPI targets are set by headquarters at the start of the period. You establish quarterly, monthly, and weekly goals based on those figures and plan activities to achieve them.
  • Especially since collaboration with Marketing and Sales will be necessary, maintain timely communication.
  • While internal training is robust, self-directed learning about Japan's unique market is also beneficial

Nice to haves:

  • Experience using Salesforce and Outreach
  • Experience in developing strategic plans in collaboration with marketing
  • Experience in both outbound and inbound operations
