Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10+ years of experience in integration development or iPaaS/automation platforms.
- 3+ years of hands-on Workato development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with n8n workflow automation and API orchestration.
- Proven experience with AI Genie development, AI agents, or AI-driven workflow automation.
- Strong expertise in building advanced Workato recipes, custom connectors, APIs, and SDK-based integrations.
- Experience integrating with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong understanding of data transformation, JSON/XML processing, and automation design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, API keys, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise automation strategy and governance frameworks.
- Exposure to other iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
- Knowledge of LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and AI workflow optimization.
- Experience working in Agile delivery models.
- Workato certifications or relevant automation certifications.
