Sr. Web Designer

North- Remote, US

What you'll be doing:

• Concept, design and deliver innovative and effective creative solutions for print, web and digital media channels (direct mail, print, email, digital banners, landing pages, forms, etc.)

• Proactively assess, suggest improvements and concept campaigns targeted to unique audiences.

• Responsible for multiple projects from start to finish across brands and mediums.

• Maintain knowledge of company products and services, and understand marketing goals for multiple brands.

• Maintain knowledge of trends and brand marketing with a focus on the payments industry.

• Participate in Marketing Department meetings and proactively contribute ideas.

• Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related subject or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum (8) years’ experience crafting best-in-class designs.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• Top-notch portfolio of your design work that shows the depth and breadth of your expertise.

• Strong attention to detail skills with an emphasis on accuracy, quality, and a critical eye for design aesthetics.

• Ability to innovate and think critically.

• Knowledge of responsive design and user interface design.

• Exceptional organizational, communication and collaboration skills.

• Excellent English and grammar skills, and a comfort with developing simple messaging based on content.

• Good multitasking skills and ability to adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $105,000- $155,000

Pay within this range varies by work location and on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We look forward to discussing your salary expectations and our full total rewards offerings throughout the interview process.
