Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Senior Vertical Marketing Specialist to drive marketing strategy and execution for the Restaurants business. This role serves as the primary marketing partner for the Restaurants vertical and is responsible for translating customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities into impactful go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in vertical marketing, field marketing, portfolio marketing, product marketing, or B2B marketing.
  • Experience supporting restaurant technology, hospitality technology, SaaS, POS, payments, commerce solutions, or related industries preferred.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market marketing strategies and plans.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant technology, hospitality technology, SaaS, POS, payments, or commerce ecosystems.
  • Experience partnering with Product Management teams on positioning, messaging, and product launches.
  • Ability to translate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable marketing recommendations.

Essential Functions
  • Serve as the primary marketing lead for the Restaurants business, aligning marketing initiatives with business growth objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities while acting as the voice of the customer and market.
  • Partner with Product Management to develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for restaurant solutions and services, supporting product launches and enhancements.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans and collaborate with campaign, channel, and demand generation teams to execute programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue.
  • Create sales enablement tools and customer-facing content, including presentations, solution messaging, use cases, competitive insights, and marketing collateral.
  • Serve as a liaison across Product, Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing organizations to gather and translate customer, competitive, and market intelligence into actionable recommendations.
  • Represent Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions at industry events, trade shows, customer meetings, and other business engagements to strengthen market presence and industry relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to continuously refine marketing strategies and messaging.
