About the role

As a Senior UX Software Engineer, you will take a leadership role in defining and delivering exceptional user experiences on our platform. Working closely with Product and Development teams, you will design and implement cutting-edge solutions, leveraging advanced GenUI/AI techniques and data-driven methodologies. Your work will directly shape our platform’s user-centric vision and set the standard for scalable, intuitive design across the organization.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Architect and Implement High-Performance Interfaces:

• Lead the development of performant, accessible (a11y), and scalable React components.

• Partner with UX designers to translate complex prototypes into high-quality, production-ready code.

Drive Data-Driven UX Solutions:

• Design, implement, and refine dashboards that enable users to visualize and interact with critical financial data intuitively.

• Ensure that all data-driven solutions meet performance and usability benchmarks.

Innovate with GenUI/AI Technologies:

• Spearhead the integration of generative UI/AI technologies to build adaptive and intelligent user interfaces.

• Continuously enhance interface responsiveness based on user behavior and data insights.

Optimize User Flows and Navigation Structures:

• Lead efforts in mapping and refining user flows and menu structures for improved usability and navigation.

• Use analytics and user feedback to iteratively enhance complex workflows.

Mentorship and Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers to promote best practices in UX and front-end development.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ensure cohesive and innovative product delivery.

Expectations:

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX-focused front-end development.

Technical Expertise:

• Mastery of React, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS/styled-components, and Figma.

• Deep knowledge of functional React components, hooks, state management (e.g., reducers, context), and performance optimization.

• Proven experience with generative design and AI-driven user interfaces.

Leadership and Personal Qualities:

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering user-centric solutions.

• Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills, enabling collaboration across diverse teams.

• Passionate about staying ahead of UX trends and integrating innovative solutions.
