A B2B/B2C UX Designer is a highly collaborative, user-centric professional responsible for crafting intuitive and scalable experiences across hybrid SaaS platforms. This role involves designing solutions for both business-facing users (e.g., administrators, internal teams, decision-makers) and end consumers, requiring a deep understanding of varying user motivations, workflows, and expectations. The UX Designer works with a high degree of independence while aligning closely with product managers, engineers, and brand teams to ensure design excellence across both B2B and B2C touchpoints.

As the company continues to scale, the B2B/B2C UX Designer plays a pivotal role in maturing design systems, optimizing user journeys, and ensuring consistency and accessibility across web and mobile products.

  • Build and contribute to scalable design systems that support both internal tools and customer-facing products

  • Conduct usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and heuristic evaluations to uncover pain points and opportunities

  • Translate insights from data (quantitative and qualitative) into actionable UX improvements

  • Ensure designs are consistent with accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive across devices, and brand-aligned

  • Present designs and lead discussions with stakeholders to drive consensus and clarity

  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, engineering constraints, and business goals

  • Support marketing and customer success teams by creating user-focused assets for onboarding and communication

  • Stay current with UX trends, industry patterns, and design technologies
