We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sr. UX Designer to lead the UX and UI design of enterprise eCommerce experiences. You will transform strategic ideas into visually compelling designs that align with our business objectives.  

 

This role is responsible for designing end-to-end user experiences across both desktop administrative portals and mobile customer-facing experiences. The ideal candidate combines advanced UI/UX design and design-system expertise with a deep understanding of enterprise eCommerce workflows. 

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:  

  • Translate business and functional requirements into intuitive and scalable web designs. 

  • Design intuitive desktop experiences for administrative and mobile experiences for customer-facing storefronts. 

  • Create structured user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs using Figma. 

  • Create and maintain scalable design systems, including design tokens, reusable components, standards, conventions, and clear usage guidelines. 

  • Define and create comprehensive documentation of application and component behavior through detailed specifications and diagrams, capturing states, interactions, transitions, responsive behavior, validation, errors, loading conditions, permissions, dependencies, and edge cases to provide developers with clear, implementation-ready requirements. 

  • Design responsive experiences with particular attention to accessibility, content hierarchy, and conversion-oriented shopping journeys. 

  • Apply usability principles to identify friction points and improve workflows throughout the customer and administrative experiences. 

  • Collaborate with product owners to define product branding and craft visual narratives using the Story Brand framework. 

  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with platform capabilities. 

  • Create digital assets such as icons, illustrations, web page CMS theme designs, while ensuring high standards of typography, layout, color balance, and overall visual consistency. 

Qualifications

Required Skills:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, Software Engineering. 

  • At least 8 years of previous experience in web design. 

  • At least 4 years of previous experience working with enterprise companies. 

  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, variables, libraries, prototyping, and design-system management. 

  • Proven experience owning the complete UX process, including information architecture, user flows, wireframing, interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and developer handoff. 

  • Deep understanding of enterprise eCommerce UX patterns and shopping workflows, including omnichannel, product discovery, catalogs, search, product detail, pricing, cart, checkout, accounts, and order management. 

  • Experience designing dealer-based workflows involving different user types, permissions, catalogs, pricing, inventory, or purchasing experiences. 

  • Proven experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable component libraries. 

  • Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles, including WCAG. 

  • Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to approach large, complex design problems in a structured, systematic, and methodical manner. 

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level or higher).   

Nice To Have: 

  • Experience designing experiences for BigCommerce or similar. 

  • Familiarity with headless and composable commerce concepts. 

  • Experience with eCommerce experimentation, conversion optimization, and behavioral analytics. 

  • Experience using AI-assisted design and research tools to accelerate ideation, analysis, and design workflows while maintaining design quality and consistency. 

  • Previous experience creating Search Engine optimized designs and digital assets. 

  • Experience presenting customer journey maps, personas, lifecycle maps, experience maps, service blueprints, and ecosystem diagrams. 

Additional Information

Portfolio Content  

  • Enterprise eCommerce design experience such as Dealer-Network OEM Sites especially for Agricultural & Compact Construction Machinery.
