  • System Evolution: Elicit complex requirements and design robust system integrations that consume secure data services.

Core Requirements:

  • Current or prior Labcorp experience preferred.

AI-Driven Development Requirements (The Future-Forward Edge):
  • AI Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Replit) to optimize workflow and code quality.

  • Prompt Engineering: Ability to leverage LLMs for rapid prototyping, generating boilerplate, and translating complex business logic into functional code snippets.

  • AI Implementation: Familiarity with integrating AI capabilities (like chat interfaces or predictive UX) directly into user-centric web designs.

  • Workflow Automation: Experience using AI to automate repetitive tasks, such as documentation generation, unit test creation, or CI/CD optimization.

Preferred Qualifications (The "Nice-to-Haves"):
  • Healthcare Domain Expertise: Familiarity with healthcare-specific data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and a solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and data security protocols.

  • Advanced State Management: Deep experience with complex state management libraries such as NgRx, Redux, or RxJS in large-scale enterprise environments.

  • Accessibility (a11y) Mastery: Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1+ guidelines to ensure inclusive design for users with varying needs.

  • Design Systems: Experience building or maintaining an internal Design System or UI Kit (using tools like Storybook) to ensure visual consistency across multiple platforms.

  • Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker) to better collaborate with platform teams.

  • Emerging AI Tech: Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) or working with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures within a front-end context.
