Join Extra Space Storage as a Senior Treasury Analyst – Debt, where you’ll play a key role in steering the company’s financial strength. In this strategic role, you’ll oversee cash flow, liquidity, and debt management while analyzing financial risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. - The position involves a hybrid work arrangement, with onsite attendance at our Salt Lake City metro area office expected at least 3 times per week.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage secured loan portfolio
- Manage secured debt compliance
- Assist with unsecured debt compliance and portfolio management
- Develop and maintain various tables and dashboards for debt reporting
- Perform interest and other debt-related analyses
- Analyze banking data and research banking relationships
- Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures
- Review processes and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Five to seven plus years working in Commercial Real Estate, finance and/or banking
- Additional education may be substituted for work experience on a case by case basis
Competencies
- Bank software/platform experience
- Expertise with treasury or related software
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving
- Technical knowledge
- Moderate to advanced computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
