Reporting to Sr. Manager Global Logistics, you will be responsible for analyzing existing transportation network to identify inefficiencies, costing concerns and transit delays; creating and implementing strategies to improve network performance; working in a cross-functional team with Procurement, Sales, and Logistics for best outcomes.

About the job:
  • Participate in Global RFP (Request for Proposal), analyze freight cost, and identify cost saving opportunities, support RFP implementation
  • Resolve TMS (Transportation Management System) incidents and manage change requests in collaboration with IT partners
  • Act as liaison between logistics service providers, plant Logistics and finance teams to support timely and correct freight invoice payment, resolving discrepancies in billing and payment exceptions
  • Support SAP integration projects, lead TMS implementation for new locations
  • Monthly key performance indicator reports, monitor carriers' performance, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Provide TMS training to the identified users in the business units and ensure accurate maintenance of TMS master data
  • Supervise, guide, and support direct reports
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
About you:
  • Bachelor or university degree, preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in transportation/ logistics area
  • Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of transportation and freight management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication in both Mandarin and English
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with SAP and Power BI (preferred)
