Okta is seeking a Sr. Training & Knowledge Management Manager to lead the vision and strategy for the Legal team’s training and knowledge management program. This is a pivotal role within Okta’s Legal Operations team, responsible for designing and executing a unified, scalable approach to legal knowledge and training—optimized for both human understanding and AI integration.
The Sr. Training & Knowledge Management Manager will develop and implement a multi-year roadmap, partnering across the organization to deliver best-in-class legal training and onboarding. The role involves creating and optimizing legal content for seamless use by AI systems, establishing standards for knowledge capture and governance, and leveraging self-service technologies to empower employees and reduce redundant inquiries. This leader will mentor team members, drive cross-functional collaboration, and define metrics to measure and continually improve program effectiveness.
Ideal candidates bring deep experience in legal training and knowledge management, a strong understanding of legal concepts, and a proven ability to influence and drive change across a global enterprise. Expertise in building engaging content, optimizing for AI, and applying adult learning best practices is essential.
