  • WHAT YOU'LL DO:
    • Handles the day-to-day programmatic media campaign trading for a portfolio of advertiser and agency accounts
    • Partners with cross‑functional business team members to add in‑depth platform and product knowledge and to develop media trading and optimization strategies aligned with client marketing objectives
    • Owns multiple client accounts independently and identifies opportunities to grow media investment and campaign performance, playing a key role in prioritizing client needs
    • Trains new and existing clients on platform usage, campaign setup, and optimization best practices, and supports the onboarding of new media clients
    • Develops deep expertise in advertising products, formats, and channels and acts as an internal subject‑matter expert for media trading and campaign execution
    • Actively drives client growth by consulting agencies and brands on campaign planning, performance analysis, measurement, savings analyses etc.
    • Seeks to provide additional value outside of the role through cultural contributions, collaboration with peers, case study development, new product beta testing opportunities and relaying feedback to our product team.
    • Communicates complex concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner, across audiences with varying levels of expertise.

    WHO YOU ARE:
    • Extensive experience within programmatic advertising
    • Strong at building and developing client relationships as well as confidently presenting in front of them
    • You're a very strong communicator that collaborates effectively across an internal client services team and leads by example for more junior members of the team
    • Show consistent ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a simple, straightforward manner
    • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
    • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities. Love to problem-solve, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
    • Strong quantitative skills coupled with real passion for mining insights from very large datasets
