Overall summary:
Required a skilled and experienced Sr. Test Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the testing team, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and workloads.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans that align with project requirements and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing practices within the software development lifecycle.
- Oversee the design, development, and execution of test cases, scripts, and scenarios to ensure product quality.
- Monitor and report on test activities and progress, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Skills:
- Proven experience in a senior test management role within a large-scale project environment.
- Should have experience in investment banking / trading lifecycle
- Strong experience in large scale transformation / data migration projects. It’s important to have experience in end-to-end lifecycle
- Good to have database testing experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skill. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in test management tools, such as JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation related to testing activities.
Good to have:
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
- Experience in investment banking / trading lifecycle
