Job Description
- Lead Maintenance team.
- Give support and training for Engineers and Technicians.
- Must be flexible and adapt to changing departmental priorities.
- Initial assignment is development of power tool test fixtures & equipment.
- Follow scrap Process
- Follow Materials & storage
- Work with EHS for improvements
- Highly motivated individual provides test support to the new product development & development to value projects.
- Develop advanced electric-mechanical test fixture/equipment for various power tool testing, focus on Electrical and Electronic development, HMI and PLC programming, LabVIEW programming.
- Design the control system for robot, focus on PLC and robot interface design and programming.
- To be responsible for trouble shooting and maintenance for MTC reliability test equipment
- Execute routine calibration for all MTC equipment/ meters, focus on electric parameters
- Prepare and modify other documents as required to support the Test Systems Group and Main Test Lab.
- Plans, schedules and coordinates advanced test fixture systems, also focus on electrical fixtures, rigs development and has strong capability to harmonize the PLC and LabVIEW programming and electric.
- Writes and upgrades technical procedures maintained in the technical database at B&D intranet.
- Windchill skills.
- BOM interpretation.
- Drawing interpretation
- Maintain and follow correct metrics (Security, Quality, Delivery, Cost & Production)
