ProArch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic quality assurance team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of automated test strategies and frameworks, ensuring the highest standards of quality for our software products. Your expertise will drive the transformation of manual testing processes into efficient automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile applications using open source tools like Selenium/WDIO/Cypress/Playwright etc., and building frameworks TestNG/Cucumber/SpecFlow/DataDriven etc.,
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to code improvements.
- Experience working with build management tools like Maven, Gradle etc.,
- Collaborate with developers and other testers to ensure high-quality software.
- Manage and track defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Experience with API automation tools like Karate/REST Assured/RestSharp is a plus.
- Strong manual testing experience with web, mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Core Java, C#, JavaScript and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Docker.
- Understanding of REST APIs and their usage.
- Experience with Android Studio, Postman, and Xcode (a plus).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with white-box, black-box, functional, and non-functional testing (a plus).
