We are currently searching for a Sr Test Automation Engineer (+ Manual Testing):
Responsibilities:
- Lead all testing activities to ensure product quality across multi-functional and multi-regional teams.
- Design and develop test cases for both functional and non-functional domains, resolving any impediments to the test effort.
- Drive test scope identification and test environment setup, including preparing test plans and tracking relevant metrics.
- Manage test execution, review comprehensive reports, and interpret data to recommend product or design changes.
- Implement internal quality control standards and contribute to the evolution of testing procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering groups to evaluate and recommend modifications for products, systems, and components.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field with 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Testing Lifecycles, standards, and Agile frameworks.
- Hands-on experience building large-scale automation frameworks covering UI, Functional, API, and Back-end integrations.
- Advanced scripting skills in Selenium with Java or Python at a coding level.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar defect management and CI/CD tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to implementing automation strategies.
Desired:
- Knowledge of Quality Management techniques.
- Experience in global, multi-regional project environments.
- Ability to balance Manual Testing with automation for end-to-end coverage.

- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
