Veradigm offers provider practices a suite of easy-to-use healthcare provider solutions that help streamline clinical and financial workflows.   • Get patients all their specialty medications faster and more easily.

Content and Education Specialist

This role is responsible for:

  • Creating timely, relevant, and high-quality content that support the four pillars of our content strategy for the suite of Veridigm Provider products:

o Help center knowledge base, videos, and best practices

o In app-education that supports onboarding, just-in-time training, and introduces new functionality

o One-to-many knowledge sharing in webinars and in-person or video classes

o Learning paths for continuing education, supporting badges and certifications

  • Creating content that supports users as they onboard, develop proficiency, master, and troubleshoot our products.
  • Creating content that follows established branding, messaging, content guidelines, voice/tone, and style guides.
  • Delivering help center support resources and learning paths that are flexible, simple, and intuitive.

Are you the right fit?

  • Do you have experience developing role-based, self-paced content for education and support of multiple audiences?
  • Are you passionate about empowering customers with knowledge that is easy to find, understand, and technically accurate?
  • Are you comfortable using data to drive decisions about your content?
  • Are you familiar with writing to meet accessibility standards?
  • Do you regularly edit/audit and seek feedback on content to suggest improvements?
  • Have you written content for cloud-based applications?
  • Have you created content that is optimized for leveraging AI support workflows, such as chatbots?
  • Comfortable being a user advocate?

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical/business experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience Required.
  • MA/MS degree in one of the following disciplines: Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Instructional Design preferred.
  • 4-7 years relevant work experience Preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of successful work as a Technical Writer. Advanced computer literacy and advanced knowledge and use of major documentation design tools used in the department. 8 years overall experience.
  • Technical Communication certification offered by an educational institution preferred.
