Our Talent Acquisition team is growing, and we're hiring a Senior Technical Sourcer to build high-quality pipelines across Product Management, Product Design, Data and Product Engineering, and IT & Security functions so our recruiters can stay focused on moving exceptional talent through the interview process.
You'll begin as a dedicated sourcing specialist with a clear path to grow into full-cycle recruiting as our organization scales.
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across multiple concurrent global searches in the US, UK, Denmark, and India.
- Identify, engage, and assess passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, social platforms, and AI-assisted sourcing tools.
- Evaluate Product, Design, Engineering, and Technical candidates using thoughtful domain judgment, not just keyword matching and move qualified candidates through Lever with clear screening rationale.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies, participate in intake sessions, calibrate target profiles, and adapt sourcing approaches as hiring needs evolve.
- Build talent market intelligence by mapping competitor landscapes, compensation trends, and talent availability to guide realistic hiring strategies.
- Conduct recruiter phone screens for Product Management and Product Design candidates (Senior level and below).
- Write compelling job descriptions, maintain accurate candidate records, and track sourcing metrics to continuously improve pipeline quality, conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.
- Champion intentional diversity sourcing practices across every search.
- You're comfortable participating in intake meetings and asking thoughtful questions that strengthen hiring strategies
- You can evaluate Product, Design, Engineering, and Infosec candidates beyond keyword matching
- You take ownership, move quickly, and know when to solve problems independently versus escalate
- You're energized by complexity and excited to build expertise in H1's healthcare, clinical, and AI-driven data domain
- Demonstrated success sourcing Product Managers, Product/UX Designers, and Software, Data, or Infrastructure Engineers within complex B2B SaaS organizations; health-tech, life sciences, or data-intensive platforms strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise across at least two function groups: Product Management, Design/UX, Engineering, or Infosec/IT, with the ability to quickly build fluency across adjacent areas with an eagerness to develop depth across the others
- Expert sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, social platforms, and AI-assisted tools responsibly
- ATS proficiency (Lever strongly preferred), including candidate pipeline management, dispositioning, and documentation across multiple concurrent searches
- Ability to evaluate engineering and infrastructure profiles across modern cloud, distributed systems, data engineering, and DevOps environments
- Experience tracking sourcing metrics including response rates, pipeline conversion, time-to-pipeline, and diversity outcomes
- Experience conducting structured recruiter phone screens that assess candidate motivation, qualifications, and role alignment
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across functions, levels, and geographies, such as the US, and India
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment
