Job Description
- To provide full technical support to the business partners which include dealers, SI, consultants ,end-uers;
- To assist sales function and business partners for product specification in the course of project tendering and bidding;
- To provide assistance and technical support to the dealer, SI and end-users during the course of installation;
- To provide training programs with target audience internally and externally;
- To provide technical support and assistance to the advertising and brand building events;
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with major in technical field;
- Above 2 years of working experience as technical support in audio industry (opera houses, stadium etc), experience in broadcasting industry is an advantage;

Knowledge of key communications system . Skillful use of CAD and other design tools is an advantage.
- Fluent English and Mandarin in oral and written language,
- Copperative and resposible, can deliver work with good quality with efficiency.
