Job Description
As a Senior Business Consultant in Data and AI Practice, you will be at the forefront of driving AI consulting for Automotive, Manufacturing and Healthcare business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with clients at the highest levels, and lead the way in solving complex business problems through the application of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. Your role will encompass thought leadership, solution design, client engagement, and end-to-end project delivery.
Structure high-value business problems and design innovative solutions by integrating machine intelligence with domain expertise.
Strategic consulting across the data lifecycle to derive the best-in-class AI solutions for business problems.
Provide thought leadership to clients at the executive level, guiding them in refining their business strategies through the adoption of analytical solutions.
Drive Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning solution sales to our customers in Manufacturing, Automotive and Healthcare domain.
Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to propose solutions.
Create strong customer relationships and function as a trusted advisor to the business, leaders, and Sales teams.
Help in developing strong methodologies, processes, implementation, and rollout plans.
Work with offshore AI/ML/Data/Annotation delivery and competency teams on regular basis and communicate project requirements to these teams.
Help customers in performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.· Responsible for End-to-End Bid management, Proposal Management and Complex pricing modelling and Cross team co-ordination across various stakeholders.· Should be open for travel to customer locations for Business.
QualificationsMBA with BE/BTech
Required Skills:Overall 15 - 18 years of work experience with IT and minimum of 8 years of experience in the analytics industry with a strong focus Machine learning and AI solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry challenges and data complexities.
Strong analytical thinking and a proven history of hands-on experience in solving complex analytics problems.
Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques such as Decision Trees, regression, correlation, etc.
Effective communicator with an executive presence, capable of articulating complex programs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to demonstrate software products and solutions effectively.
Demonstrated experience in handling clients and independently delivering projects in Auto/Manufacturing or Healthcare.
Experience with cloud-based development and deployment of solutions on platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
Good understanding of data pipelines, data ingestion, data models, Annotation, feature engineering, AI/ML model development.
