The Sr. Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent across the organization. You will partner closely with engineering and technical leaders to build high-performing teams and drive hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role requires a strong executor with deep experience in technical recruiting, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of closing highly competitive candidates.
What You’ll Do- Partner with hiring managers across engineering and technical teams to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and team dynamics
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent across software, infrastructure, data, and related domains
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interview management, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical candidates for both current and future hiring needs
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, evaluating both technical capability and alignment with company values
- Provide market insights on talent trends, compensation, and competitive landscape to inform hiring decisions
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with clear communication and strong process execution
- Track recruiting activity, funnel metrics, and hiring outcomes to continuously improve performance
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a startup or in-house environment
- Proven success hiring for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, infrastructure, SRE, data, security, etc.)
- Strong ability to partner with and influence engineering leaders and technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and hiring landscapes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to assess technical talent and calibrate effectively with hiring teams
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results
This role will require consistent on-site presence at our office in Santa Clara / San Jose, with an expectation of 4 days per week in office.

We foster a pay-for-performance culture and reward contributions that support the Company’s strategy. For this position, we are targeting a base pay between $100,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
