You will drive Agile delivery, coordinate cross-functional technical teams, and deliver results under tight timelines and high-visibility conditions. This role requires a hands-on leader who brings structure, accountability, and steady leadership to fast-moving, high-impact technical programs.

  • Drive Agile planning, execution tracking, and delivery cadence—tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables with disciplined follow-through to ensure predictable, accountable outcomes.
  • Coordinate and communicate clearly with contractor teams and senior Government stakeholders to remove blockers, maintain delivery momentum, and keep everyone aligned.
  • Ensure teams are properly staffed, aligned, and executing against mission priorities.
  • Operate as a hands-on leader who drives results without waiting for direction and can contribute immediately.
  • Build and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence through technical credibility and execution excellence.
  • Apply creativity and practical problem-solving to deliver innovative solutions aligned to customer needs.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 8+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years managing infrastructure or systems integration projects involving complex, multi-technology environments.
  • Strong technical literacy, including the ability to understand architecture concepts, assess trade-offs and delivery risks, and collaborate effectively with senior network engineers.
  • Experience managing and integrating WiFi, networking, voice, SATCOM, RF, and A/V systems across cross-functional technical teams.
  • Extensive experience with project management software for tracking tasks, dependencies, resource allocation, and schedules.
  • Project management tooling used as the primary execution mechanism.
  • Demonstrated ability to support up to five concurrent major efforts simultaneously, and the ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical environment.

This position is designated as essential personnel supporting continuity of operations and may require work during government shutdowns, emergencies, or other critical situations.
