Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Professional Services organization and lead complex, customer-facing data platform initiatives centered on Databricks and modern cloud data architectures. This role is ideal for a TPM who thrives at the intersection of delivery leadership, technical depth, and customer engagement.
As a Sr. TPM, you will own the successful execution of multiple concurrent programs for digital-native and technology-forward customers, guiding initiatives from post-sales kickoff through final delivery. You will work closely with solution architects, data engineers, cloud teams, and client stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes.
This position plays a critical role in connecting customers, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring technical programs move forward with clarity, momentum, and measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Databricks-focused technical programs, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple customer engagements.
- Translate statements of work and solution designs into actionable delivery plans with clear milestones, success metrics, and governance.
- Drive consistent execution through structured status reporting, risk management, and proactive issue resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for program health, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Facilitate collaboration across technical and non-technical audiences, from engineering teams to executive stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Professional Services, Engineering, Product, and Sales to align delivery with customer objectives and organizational priorities.
- Help define and refine delivery processes, operational cadences, and best practices to improve program predictability and team efficiency.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of Databricks, cloud data platforms, and modern analytics architectures to effectively guide technical discussions and decisions.
Salary Range: $200,000 - $225,000

Preferred Qualifications- U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (active or prior Secret clearance preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or delivery leadership roles supporting complex technical initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience delivering federal programs, preferably supporting DoD, DoW, or other U.S. Government customers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent technical programs, including scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and customer outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience interacting effectively across engineers, business leaders, partners, and government stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to drive execution in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments.
- Experience managing and coordinating with technology partners and cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid understanding of Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery methodologies in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Technical fluency with modern data platforms and architectures, with the ability to engage in detailed discussions with solution architects and engineers.
