Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG), which is responsible for creating all of KLA’s metrology and inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest research scientist, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers. First to deliver the best imaging and classification data for every defect or point on any layer at any time. EBeam’s mission encapsulates its role as the “eyes” of KLA’s product line, providing timely information on defects and critical locations on the wafer at the highest spatial resolution possible. Customers use EBeam products alongside KLA patterned and bare wafer inspectors to quickly understand the nature of defects and other imperfections on product wafers and take action to correct the manufacturing process.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
We are seeking a senior, highly driven Technical Program Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of advanced eBeam inspection systems. This role owns complex, cross‑functional programs across the full product lifecycle and plays a critical role in delivering high‑performance systems to customers at scale.
What You’ll Do- Own end‑to‑end program execution across the full Product Lifecycle (PLC), including product definition, development, pilot, high‑volume manufacturing (HVM), and sustain.
- Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, service, installation, and marketing to deliver complex system programs on time and to performance targets.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, defining scope, schedules, dependencies, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive technical and business trade‑off decisions, partnering closely with functional leadership to optimize system performance, cost, quality, and time‑to‑market.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for program success, ensuring readiness across engineering, manufacturing, service, and field deployment.
- Act as a technical and operational leader, providing insight, escalation management, and decision support to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
- Engage directly with customers, building strong relationships, understanding requirements, and ensuring delivered solutions meet or exceed expectations.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, presenting clear recommendations and status to senior leadership.
- Lead beta and field engagement activities, aligning internal teams and customers to support successful system qualification and rollout.
- Translate business strategy and divisional priorities into executable programs and contribute to long‑term product roadmap planning.
- Experience leading complex, multi‑disciplinary system programs, integrating optics, electronics, precision motion, algorithms, and software.
- Proven success leading teams in a matrixed organization, influencing across functions and seniority levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical and program concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments, balancing execution with strategic thinking.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% globally.
