We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive planning, project execution, and development of large-scale, cross-team initiatives. As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Platform, you will have the opportunity to work across many domains: developer experience, core & data infrastructure, reliability engineering, and more. You will lead many exciting projects, ranging from helping us move to a microservices architecture to implementing best-in-class offering in database-as-a-service, service meshes, and API gateways. You will have the opportunity to also support our emerging work in open source and tech learning.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Be the glue that helps the team get things done including applying agile best practices, running meetings and collecting requirements, and coordinating larger planning activities across our teams

Help organize projects by creating project plans, identifying constraints, providing mitigation plans, and reporting status to key stakeholders

Coordinate across team lines to manage, track and deliver outcomes for our teams while managing trade-offs

Provide visibility by holding the responsibility for regular reporting to key stakeholders on project and program status

Engage in service capacity planning, demand forecasting, software performance analysis and system tuning with our engineers

Track and drive improvements in quality and reliability by analyzing incidents and failure as part of a continual improvement process across our engineering organization
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and/or technical program management
-
Creative technical problem-solving with proven agile planning, with a track record of getting things done
- Experience working with large distributed systems in critical production service environments
- Experience in event/incident/problem/change management
- Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Asana
- Familiarity with tools and standar methodologies around developer tooling, cloud technologies, or data infrastructure
- Platform-thinking and customer-centric approach
- Nice to have: Experience with AWS Cloud Compute, Kurbernetes, and Datastores

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.

$173,478—$234,196 USD
