Job Title: Technical Program Manager – Supply Chain Systems

Location: Fremont, CA | Onsite

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong Supply Chain Systems expertise to lead complex, cross-functional technology programs with enterprise impact. This role will drive the strategy and execution of scalable, reliable systems supporting planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment. The TPM will operate with a high degree of autonomy, partnering closely with business leaders, engineering teams, and external vendors to deliver transformational supply chain capabilities aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Systems Program Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end, enterprise-level programs for Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems, including ERP, Planning, WMS, TMS, OMS, and Supplier platforms.

  • Manage initiatives across core supply chain domains: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return. • Own program strategy, scope, timelines, dependencies, risk mitigation, and measurable delivery outcomes for supply chain technology initiatives.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure business objectives, system capabilities, and operational processes are fully integrated.

Technical & Systems Expertise

  • Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for supply chain platforms such as Oracle SCM, SAP SCM/S4, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Kinaxis, Coupa, or equivalent systems.

  • Drive complex system integrations between ERP, WMS, TMS, MES, OMS, suppliers, and logistics partners using APIs, middleware, EDI, and event-driven architectures.

  • Oversee end-to-end data architecture, including master data governance, forecasting data, inventory data, and enterprise reporting across supply chain systems.

  • Anticipate scalability, performance, and resiliency requirements to support global operations and business growth.

Execution & Delivery

  • Lead requirements definition, solution design reviews, SIT/UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.

  • Establish and enforce change management, release governance, and operational readiness standards.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical, operational, and business risks across large-scale programs.

  • Develop and maintain executive-level program reporting, KPIs, and status communications.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Act as the primary interface between supply chain business leaders, IT/engineering teams, and vendors/system integrators.

  • Translate operational requirements into clear technical roadmaps, phased implementation strategies, and delivery plans.

  • Lead vendor governance, performance management, SLAs, and executive-level escalations.

  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority to ensure timely decision-making and program success.

Required Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years of experience in technical program management, with significant focus on supply chain systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Logistics, Fulfillment).

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP and WMS/TMS/Planning system integration programs with enterprise impact.

  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional, and globally distributed teams.

  • Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.\

  • Experience with cloud-based SCM platforms and digital supply chain transformations.

  • Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Smart Sheet, Confluence, or hybrid delivery models.

  • Exposure to compliance, controls, and audit requirements impacting supply chain systems.

  • PMP, SAFe, APICS/ASCM (CPIM or CSCP), or relevant platform certifications are a plus.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $160,000 USD to $180,000 Annual (Specific to California)
