Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sr Technical Product Owner to join our AI Solutions team within Operations & Technology. In this pivotal role, you will work on enterprise products and agents utilizing Generative AI to create impactful solutions in areas such as conversational agents, and insights and analytics. This role will involve strategic planning, hands-on execution, and leadership, ensuring that our products meet both organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
As a senior team member, you will lead initiatives in a dynamic environment and play a pivotal role in shaping our products and services. If you are passionate about AI, product management, data solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, we invite you to apply and innovate with us.
Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder community, including Program Management, Product, Engineering, Scrum, and leadership, to scope, develop, and implement GenAI products.
    • Define and deliver long-term data product strategies for GenAI use cases to optimize performance and scalability.
    • Develop a deep understanding of stakeholders needs to define detailed, actionable requirements and write user stories for engineering work.
    • Perform product testing to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance as well as conduct demos.
    • Own and maintain products, utilizing feedback to iterate and refine features continuously.
  • Strategic Execution & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Drive the execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and long-range plans.
    • Partner with internal and external stakeholders throughout the end-to-end GenAI use case lifecycle.
    • Prepare and deliver decks, reports, metrics, recommendations, and other resources to stakeholders and executives.
  • Innovation:
    • Stay informed on emerging AI, LLM, machine learning, and similar technologies as well as the latest vendor offerings.
    • Contribute to identifying reusable enterprise GenAI patterns to streamline future implementations.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance products, improve operational processes, and drive overall efficiency.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 12+ years of related professional experience (e.g., experience in product management or development, ideally with a focus on AI or data)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and drawing actionable insights to inform product strategy and decision-making
  • Proven ability to work effectively with engineering, data science, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-impact products
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and drive actionable solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of APIs and integration patterns for seamless connectivity and data exchange
  • Understanding of ML lifecycle, Feature engineering, model drift, A/B testing, retraining
  • Proven expertise in developing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis

Desired Characteristics:
  • Exceptional product management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy and legal compliance, cyber security, and best practices in ethical AI.
  • Understanding of prompt design, hallucination mitigation
  • Familiarity with offline vs online evaluation metrics (e.g. accuracy, latency, user satisfaction)
  • Familiarity with tools such as MLflow, Weights & Biases, Databricks, LangChain, Pinecone, etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure tools like Function App, API Gateway
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy and legal compliance, cyber security, and best practices in ethical AI.
  • Advanced technical, quantitative, analytical and research skills.
  • Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry.

Additional Requirements:
  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
