As a Sr. Technical Product Manager on the Technology team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product objectives with company goals and user needs.
  • Develop and prioritize product features, enhancements, and improvements based on technical feasibility, business value, and user impact.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and beyond.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are well understood, and that products are developed on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards.
  • Own the product backlog, define user stories, and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Continuously monitor and assess product performance post-launch, driving iterative improvements and updates.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

  • Experience:
    • Min 5 years of proven work experience in related field
    • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, cloud technologies, APIs, or other technical domains.
    • Proven track record of managing and launching successful technical products in a fast-paced environment.
    • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience in running cross-functional agile teams.
    • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and A/B testing.
    • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) is preferred.
    • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
    • SQL and knowledge on API tools like Postman is preferred
    • PSPO, CSPO, CSM Preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, cross-functional approach.
    • Ability to translate user feedback and decisions into technical requirements
    • Strong attention to detail while keeping the broader business and user goals in mind.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Experience in defining and analyzing key product metrics, KPIs, and product performance.
    • Ability to break down complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
