Globality is the autonomous sourcing platform to manage the entire intake to award process.
At Globality, we build agentic technology that transforms how global enterprises source goods and services — autonomously, at scale, and without the inefficiencies that have defined procurement for decades. Our platform interprets purchase intent, generates sourcing materials, evaluates suppliers, and executes negotiation strategies without manual intervention.
The Role
Globality's platform sits at the center of enterprise procurement workflows, which means our integration layer is a key aspect of our product. We connect into procurement platforms, vendor management systems, identity providers, and customer-managed middleware, and we are building that capability out aggressively.
This role owns the integration product surface: defining how the platform connects to the systems our customers already operate, translating complex technical requirements into clear specifications, and ensuring those specs are delivered in a way that actually works in production enterprise environments.
The right candidate brings procurement domain depth, hands-on familiarity with API patterns and integration architecture, and the communication range to run a discovery call with a customer's IT architects in the morning and a sprint planning session with our engineering team in the afternoon.
What You Will Do
- Product Definition and Roadmap
- Own the integration product roadmap, including direct API integrations, webhook infrastructure, and middleware-based connectivity patterns
- Define requirements for integrations with enterprise procurement and ERP systems including SAP Ariba, Coupa, SAP Fieldglass, and similar platforms
- Translate customer workflow requirements into integration specifications that are unambiguous to engineering and implementable within agreed scope
- Prioritize the integration backlog by weighing customer impact, implementation complexity, and strategic fit
- Identify and document gaps in existing integration capabilities and build the case for closing them
- Customer and Partner Engagement
- Lead technical discovery with customer IT, procurement, and integration teams during pre-sales and implementation phases
- Serve as the primary product point of contact for integration-related escalations and scope discussions
- Produce customer-facing integration documentation, technical guides, and onboarding materials that meet enterprise standards
- Work with partner and channel teams to support integration-related enablement for systems integrators and implementation partners
- Cross-Functional Execution
- Write detailed integration specs, API contracts, data mapping documents, and acceptance criteria for engineering
- Collaborate closely with engineering on feasibility, trade-offs, and delivery; push back constructively when a proposed approach creates long-term maintenance risk
- Define and own the integration test strategy alongside QA and engineering, including edge case coverage for real-world enterprise environments
- Support go-to-market and sales engineering with accurate, current technical integration collateral
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience in a product management or product owner role, with a track record of shipping integration-focused features in an enterprise SaaS context
- Solid understanding of procurement workflows: requisition, sourcing, contract, purchase order, and invoice processes, and how they map to system configurations across platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of REST API design and consumption: you can read and write an OpenAPI spec, understand authentication patterns (OAuth 2.0, API keys, SAML/SSO), and reason clearly about pagination, error handling, rate limits, and versioning
- Familiarity with middleware and iPaaS integration patterns (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or comparable platforms): you understand when middleware is the right architectural choice versus a direct API integration and can speak to the trade-offs
- Strong written and verbal communication: you can produce documentation that engineers, customers, and executives each find useful, and you can run a technical conversation without losing the business thread
- Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment; you can scope a problem before the requirements are fully formed
- Consulting background, particularly in enterprise technology implementation, systems integration, or procurement transformation
- Experience working directly with enterprise customer technical teams on integration projects, including managing scope, communicating limitations, and navigating organizational complexity on the customer side
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) in the context of procurement or finance workflows
- Familiarity with B2B data standards such as cXML, EDI, or PEPPOL
Nice to Have
- Hands-on coding experience in any language; you do not need to be a practicing engineer, but candidates who have written production code tend to produce better specs and build faster credibility with engineering teams
- Experience with webhook architecture, event-driven integration patterns, or async messaging systems
- Background in enterprise procurement technology, either as a vendor, implementer, or buyer-side practitioner
