Job Description SummaryThe Analytics Cloud Platform (ACP) Technical Leader provides specialized technical leadership for engineering analytics within the assigned area of responsibility. Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Influence the technical direction and prioritization of ACP analytics within the area of responsibility to support engineering and service objectives
  • Translate engineering and business challenges into clear, actionable analytics use cases that improve products, processes, or services
  • Apply specialized engineering knowledge to support fleet risk assessment, root cause analysis, design validation, and maintenance or parts-related decisions
  • Recommend best practices that improve the effectiveness, quality, and application of analytics solutions
  • Use high levels of technical judgment to assess complex issues, evaluate information quality, and provide well-supported recommendations
  • Work across engineering, service, and analytics teams to resolve technical problems and align analytics outputs with operational needs
  • Lead small-to-medium technical projects or workstreams with manageable resource needs, risk, and complexity
  • Communicate difficult technical concepts clearly and influence peers and stakeholders on recommended approaches
  • Support continuous improvement of analytics processes, execution, and team effectiveness using Lean principles where appropriate

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related STEM field
  • 10+ years of engineering experience in Design, Customer Service, or another relevant technical discipline
  • Specialized knowledge in areas such as root cause analysis, fleet risk assessment, reliability, design validation, diagnostics, maintenance strategy, or parts planning
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret technical and business challenges and recommend best practices to improve outcomes
  • Strong technical judgment and problem-solving capability in complex engineering or operational environments
  • Ability to evaluate data quality, ask probing questions, and use multiple sources of information to support decisions
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain difficult concepts and influence peers and cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience in power generation, fleet reliability, diagnostics, or engineering analytics
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled analytics and their use in engineering decision-making
  • Experience leading small-to-medium technical teams, projects, or workstreams
  • Experience applying Lean principles to improve technical or operational execution

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $131,700.00 and $219,300.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
