The NA Services Business (NASB) has grown significantly, cultivating a best-in-class Connected TV (CTV) ecosystem. The Technical Account Management (TAM) function in the NASB Partnerships Group has been tasked with driving technical success for a growing portfolio of strategic content partners and product integrations.Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Manager – TAM to manage our Top Tier Partnerships at every stage of the relationship lifecycle. This includes onboarding to the Platform, supporting new service launches, and integrating Apps into new App features on the Smart TV Platform.In this role, you will master the processes and frameworks used across multiple cross-functional teams. You will apply both business and technical acumen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment. Our ideal candidate possesses a passion for learning, strong technical critical thinking skills, and is excited to be the trusted advisor for our Top Tier Partners.
You will own the relationship from a technical standpoint and serve as the face of Samsung to the Content Partner and their development teams. You will advocate for the partner internally, seek collaborations and solutions, and drive business priorities to ensure partner alignment and timely execution of new feature launches. You will also represent the TAM team on various internal Special Projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve and create new processes for our Partners and other internal stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES- Drive technical success for Top Tier Content Partners by providing technical insights, operational support, and cultivating relationships with technical counterparts (e.g., onboarding partners into Tizen App development and Product Feature Adoption)
- Collaborate with other TAMs to develop and execute processes improvements.
- Lead Product Feature Adoption as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) in at least one (1) Product Feature, by working closely with the Product and Development teams, and being the main technical liaison for NASB.
- As an SME, develop technical integration strategies and delivery roadmaps that ensure projects are delivered on schedule. Conduct risk assessments for project trajectories.
- Establish project tracking and reporting frameworks using project management tools such as Airtable and Salesforce
- Work cross-functionally with Strategic Partner Managers (SPM) and Strategic Partner Developers (SPD), Product Managers (PM) to develop and execute business strategy and prioritize product integration needs
- Manage investigations into Platform-related issues and work with the Platform Team to set priority, verify firmware drops, and support the FW rollout process with Content Partners
- Pull device-level logs as needed to support Engineering teams in issue analysis and investigation
- 8+ years of experience with a technology or content & media company in a technical or engineering role
- Demonstrated critical thinking for complex problems, with the ability to navigate enterprise cross-functional teams and global organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in latest Gen AI Tools and best practices.
- Experience with Technical Project Management and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with database feeds and functions (e.g., SQL, APIs, data pipelines)
- Self-motivated, assertive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- BA/BS required
- MBA
- Passion for App design and industry trends in streaming/CTV
- Experience operating in environments ranging from startup to enterprise scale
Compensation for this role, for candidates based in New York City, NY is expected to be between $160,000 to $175,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
