Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition(TA) professional to strengthen and support our amazing and international TA team based in Poland, Germany & The Netherlands. 

HERE is growing rapidly and we need someone who can independently manage and drive recruitment for various departments across the EMEA region. You will be part of an experienced and collaborative team, handling with Tech and Business recruitment. 

In this role you will: 

• Partner closely with hiring teams to understand their requirements,what great talent looks like and turn that into clear, compelling role briefs.
• Work with our HR friends in operations, benefits, compensation, L&D, ensuring we're seen and acting as one HR team!
• Get creative with sourcing — from LinkedIn and AI tools to communities, events, and new channels you’re curious to explore. We are excited to hear about what you have in your toolbox.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and confidently guide them through smart hiring decisions.
• Ensure that data and analytics are leveraged at every step of the process to enable business and the talent acquisition teams in making informed and impactful decisions.
• Focus on process efficiency, maintaining high levels of quality interviewing at all levels, and providing "added value" to both the business and candidates.
• Make sure the ATS is updated and used as it should be.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams across EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions on projects, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
• Create and implement strategies, aiming to attract top talent through events, social media, community and engagement.

• For this role it's obvious! You're a recruiter by heart. You have done it for at least 5 years and you simply love it. Agency, in-house, contracting... it's all good! The search for the right candidate and serving your internal clients is what make you tick. You are curious, innovative, always willing to learn and you want to have success. 
• You have a passion for technology companies and bring strong experience hiring across tech, product management and marketing roles and you will be able to hit the ground running. Experience hiring in Sales, and other non-tech roles is an added advantage.
• Recruitment can be tough at times and you know that. The number of requisitions can fluctuate and you're often navigating ambiguity, adapting to new developments, building teams, and managing changing priorities. Resilience is key to staying effective in this environment.
• You should have a strong interest and solid knowledge of various sourcing methods.
• You have a strong interest and curiosity in exploring and leveraging AI tools to support and enhance recruitment processes, from sourcing to candidate engagement, to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, fluency in Polish/German is an advantage.
