We are looking for a dynamic, adaptable, and data-minded Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us for an initial 4-month term temporary contract.
You will lead full-cycle recruiting across a varied portfolio, from launching strategic intakes for complex roles to collaborating with external agency partners. Your focus will span high-volume talent pipelines as well as unique, specialized positions within the nonprofit space. If you excel at establishing immediate rapport, mastering new sectors rapidly, and solving problems creatively amid ambiguity, we would love to have you on our team.
What You Will Do:
Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a mix of high-volume positions and niche nonprofit roles, including interview coordination and scheduling.
Expert Intakes: Lead strategic kickoff/intake meetings with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and cultural add.
Sourcing & Partner Management: Utilize creative sourcing strategies to uncover passive talent, while effectively managing relationships and candidates from external recruiting agencies.
Data-Driven Recruiting: Use recruiting metrics and data to track pipeline health, inform hiring managers, and pivot strategies when necessary.
Rapid Support: Seamlessly build trust and rapport across the organization from day one.
Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process and orientation for new hires as needed to ensure a stellar candidate-to-employee transition.
What You Should Bring:
Experience: 2+ years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across a wide variety of roles.
Tech Stack: Deep, hands-on expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), in particular Lever, sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Suite.
Adaptability: Prior experience in the nonprofit sector is not required, but you must possess the agility to learn unique, specialized roles at lightning speed.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a natural ability to build instant rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
Flexibility: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to be onsite as frequently as business and hiring needs dictate.
