- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and networks to source candidates.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment data and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Build and enhance our employer brand, showcasing our culture and values to attract the best talent.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on roles in product and tech teams.
- Proven track record of hiring in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for finding and hiring great talent.
- Adaptable and flexible, comfortable working in a startup environment.
