A Day in the Life
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for recruiting strategy and talent sourcing for critical business roles across the organization. As part of the Lendistry Talent Acquisition Team, you will work closely with Department Leaders and build robust, inclusive talent pipelines to help discover top talent and build a strong organizational bench. You will oversee an exceptional candidate experience through remarkable recruitment processes, procedures, and systems. Your candidate-centric focus will ensure continuously engaged candidates, from first look to first day.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Fully responsible for the entire candidate experience in the full life cycle of recruiting from the moment the candidate is aware of the Lendistry brand and extending seamlessly into employer engagement once they are on board.
- Responsible for creating and implementing recruiting process and structure
- Partner with Department Leaders and Hiring Managers to access and understand the strategic direction of the department and immediate and future talent needs.
- Work with Department Leaders and Hiring Managers to develop strong and relevant job descriptions that accurately convey the required qualifications and characteristics necessary to provide a high degree of proficiency in the job responsibilities. Ensure Job Descriptions are consistent with industry trends and organizational goals.
- Actively source relevant talent via multiple sources including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, internal and external referrals, industry networks, etc. to create a strong and diverse talent pool to meet all organizational hiring needs.
- Execute high-touch candidate sourcing campaigns to uncover and engage passive candidates. Establish long term relationships with passive candidates by developing and maintaining an effective pipeline and network of diverse talent.
- Review, screen, and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements ensuring that top quality candidates are presented to Hiring Managers for consideration. Own the interview process, applicant status responses, negotiation and offer process to effectively control the flow of candidates through the recruiting process.
- Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders. Leverage and maintain data reports to ensure performance metrics are met.
- Perform other duties assigned to support the efficient operation of the entire HR department and that will help to make Lendistry the best place to work!
Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant full cycle recruiting experience in a professional environment with a proven track record in recruiting highly qualified candidates at all levels.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking systems (ATS ) System required. Workday preferred.
- Experience working efficiently under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in MS Office to support effective communications.
- Highly skilled in verbal and written communication and organizational and time management skills.
Compensation Range
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-140,000 annually.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for new hires for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job-related skills, experience, and state of residence. Physical Requirements
This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting (approximately 95%), repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional standing, lifting, carrying of 20lbs or less, walking, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, and reaching above the shoulder. Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
