Meyer Utility Structures, an Arcosa subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support the company’s strategy for continued growth and team development. This role offers an opportunity for an adaptable professional to help shape a successful, growing manufacturing organization. As part of the Meyer HR team, this manager will lead full-cycle recruiting across the business unit.
Meyer Utility Structures is an industry leader in the engineering, design, and fabrication of tubular steel structures for transmission, distribution and substation as well as the manufacturing of concrete structures. What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a strong business partner by working with hiring managers to gather position details and prepare or update job descriptions
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies that support high-volume hiring in a growth-focused environment
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Present candidate strengths and development areas to hiring managers and evaluate them against role requirements
- Use data to collect and analyze candidate and interviewer feedback in a timely manner
- Guide candidates through the hiring process and ensure both candidate and business requirements are met through offer acceptance
- Build sourcing strategies that create strong talent pipelines and expand the candidate database
- Partner with the HR Director, HR Managers, and business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs
- Identify and implement strategies to improve recruiting metrics such as quality of hire and time to fill
- Drive continuous improvement in the full-cycle recruiting process, including interview effectiveness for HR and hiring managers
- Use social media to source candidates and promote open positions to attract top talent
- Support the development of internship programs, particularly in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions
- Partner with the HRBP on onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, including I-9 completion, IT access, and hardware setup
- Perform other HR duties as assigned
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant recruiting experience across multiple organizational levels in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant business experience
- Working knowledge of employment law and interviewing best practices
- Demonstrated expertise in behavioral-based interviewing techniques
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to build trust and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Flexibility in adapting to changing market conditions and shifting organizational priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
